Christian Ghion is famous for his numerous creations such as the new Chantal Thomass boutique on Rue Saint-Honore ... In 1987 he founded his own design studio with Patrick Nadeau and won the Grand Prix of creation of the city of Paris. Exposed to VIA, the Cartier Foundation, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, the Musée Georges Pompidou, his works are also present in many international collections.
The knife of Gerald Passedat
Gerald Passedat, three-star chef, never misses an opportunity to thumb its nose at convention. The name of his restaurant Marseille: "Le Petit Nice" demonstrated so tasty.

Sleek, elegant, with his miter handle that file without a profile Ponant and its blade fluid, it is also highly functional. The height of the blade is greater than 5 mm of blade laguiole usual to reach the possible use of a shovel fish.

It is longer than normal for easy handling.
